At the site of a former brickyard (and a church before that), we are building one of the first design forward boutique apartment buildings in West Philadelphia that caters to young professionals who want to be within walking distance of the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Schuylkill Yards, CHOP’s main campus and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
