Converted an 11,000 SF former paint factory into residential lofts in the Newbold neighborhood of South Philadelphia
Built a 20,000 SF mixed-use project with apartments, office space and on-site parking in the East Passyunk neighborhood of South Philadelphia
Won a public RFP from the City of Philadelphia and acquired 12 vacant parcels of land from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority and worked closely with the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to develop a mixed income single and multi-family home community in Point Breeze neighborhood of South Philadelphia
Built and sold 20+ single family residences in different neighborhoods in Philadelphia
Acquired a 38 unit senior LIHTC property in order to preserve affordable housing for seniors in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Philadelphia.
